The product itself is excellent — high quality, lots of features, and exactly as described. It offers a wide range of options that make it very versatile and user-friendly. However, one important issue is not mentioned anywhere during the purchasing process: the additional cost of customs duties. It would have been helpful if the seller had clearly informed customers that extra charges may apply when the product is shipped internationally. Apart from this unexpected expense, I am very satisfied with the product.

I bought the DoubleTrack kit, with bag, everything is as displayed on the website, very nice. Not inexpensive, but you do get what you paid for!

The tire plug (TyreTrak) kit does fit inside as well, that translates to a wee bit more space freed up on the bike.
